Complex Litigation Associate Attorney $235k$310k Wilmington DE (Hybrid)
An AmLaw 50 firmis seeking aComplex Litigation Associate to join our Wilmington office. The close proximity to the Delaware Court of Chancerythe nations leading business courtprovides a unique opportunity to work on a wide range of sophisticated litigation matters for high-profile clients in the technology and life sciences sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent companies officers and directors in stockholder class actions derivative litigation and complex commercial disputes before the Delaware Court of Chancery.
Manage various phases of litigation including pleadings motion practice discovery depositions and trial preparation.
Conduct legal research and draft briefs memoranda and other key documents.
Support and lead internal investigations on behalf of special board committees.
Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys while gaining direct client interaction.
Qualifications:
Delaware Bar admission required.
24 years of experience in complex litigation securities litigation or corporate governance matters preferred.
Strong academic credentials.
Exceptional legal research writing and analytical skills.
Prior experience conducting internal investigations on behalf of special committees a plus.
