You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Plant Coordinator (PC) will manage union employees and oversee day-to-day operations of the assigned operating area on shift. This role will serve as the key link between the assigned operating area the maintenance/electrical group and plant management to ensure the most appropriate resources are engaged in problem resolution and the operating area is meeting safety quality and production goals. It is the responsibility of the PC to take general direction from the area manager and coordinate delegate and follow up on the efforts of the operators to meet those objectives. The PC will work alongside the Lead PC to ensure all areas of the plant are following the overall production plan for the plant.
The PC is required to meet the below expectations:

When determining final compensation we take into consideration: skillset job scope knowledge prior experience cost of living market data budget availability and other factors as permitted by law.
Starting pay for this position is $98263.59 Annually
