Regional Director Miami Region
Salary Range: $58000 - $63000

We are looking for a passionate Regional Director to join our Miami team and make a difference. As a Regional Director youll play a pivotal role in growing membership training regional and chapter teen leaders deepening support for BBYO in the Miami community and leading organization-wide initiatives that produce meaningful Jewish experiences for Jewish teens. Alongside your team youll connect in a dynamic environment and create a positive impact on teens our community and the world.
SHAPING THE FUTURE FOR TEENS AND YOURSELF
As a Regional Director a typical day will include:
- Lead the BBYO community as they work with teens to create impactful fun and dynamic programs including large scale community projects and four to five overnight conventions each year
- Provide guidance and supervise the staff that work directly with local chapters
- Manage a team of direct reports in the region to foster growth and implement plans
- Work directly with teen leaders to expand membership and impact of BBYO throughout the region
- Build partnerships and networks in the community
- Manage broad-based fundraising efforts and relationship building
- Attend summer camp (but this time youre in charge!) as you lead teen leadership programs
- Empower and inspire staff teens volunteers and advisors through your mentorship coaching and training
ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR MAKING A LASTING IMPACT
Our team has an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for innovation to drive positive change. Additionally as a Regional Director these skills are key to success:
- Abilities: Experience with youth or teens is preferred
- Experience: 2-5 years of work experience
- Education: A bachelors degree or higher
