Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Portugal included.
About the project:
You will be providing services for clients of an American multinational computer software company incorporated in Delaware and headquartered in San Jose California. It has historically specialized in software for the creation and publication of a wide range of content including graphics photography illustration animation multimedia/video motion pictures and print.
Your tasks:
- Processing customer inquiries in German;
- Customer contact via telephone chat and email; mainly with IT managers and IT administrators;
- Processing inquiries from corporate customers of larger accounts or larger companies;
- Technical troubleshooting;
- Customer Account Management.
Requirements:
- German level at least C1
- Communicative level of English language ( at least B2)
- You live in Lisbon or you are ready to relocate
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
What you will gain:
- full time contract
- Salary without accommodation: 1662 euros gross / month
- Salary with accommodation (room in shared apartment with bills included): 1254 euros gross / month

IF YOU ARE MOVING FROM ABROAD - relocation package:
- Airport pick-up and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal;
- Refund of the flight expenses after 9 months after the 1st day of hiring;
