Junior Business Data Manager Material to Inventory Pozna
Role overview
Youll work with a variety of tools and systems including SAP ECC S/4HANA Syniti SKP Alteryx and reporting platforms - supporting both day-to-day needs and strategic initiatives.
This role is also a key contributor to our transformation programhelping share the future of data and processes across our business
What youll be doing
- Acting as the main data specialist for your process area
- Translating business needs into data requirements
- Monitoring and analyzing data quality KPIs identifying root causes of issues and improving
- Supporting process and system transformations (like S4HANA program) by ensuring effective data foundations
- Collaborating with Masterdata Controllers BPMs different functions markets and IIT to align master data design and usage across systems
- Leading or contributing to initiatives that clean improve and govern data across markets and systems
- Supporting the development of data standards policies and governance frameworks for your process area
- Helping to build awareness and data capabilities across teams by explaining data concepts in a simple business-relevant way
- Performing impact assessments to understand how data changes affect systems processes and stakeholders

- Passionate about using data to drive real business outcomes and operational excellence
- A clear communicator and collaborator able to work across functions markets and levels
- Curious structured and eager to improve how data supports business processes
- Experienced in commercial processes
- Familiar with SAP ECC S/4HANA and concepts around master reference and transactional data
- Knowledgeable about data governance quality frameworks or tools like Synitis SKP or MDG
- Comfortable taking ownership and making progress even in situations that are not fully defined.
