Skills & qualifications needed

• Previous experience in restaurants or hospitality.
• A guest-first mindset and strong communication skills.
• Calm collected and professional especially under pressure.
• Passion for food wine and great service.
• A team-oriented attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong English skills (Danish is a plus).
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays.
• Required documentation: CPR number valid passport and EU residence/work permit.

Responsibilities

As a Waiter/Waitress at Rug youre one of the key faces of our guest experience. Youll bring a warm

relaxed and welcoming energy to the floor making sure every guest feels at home. We are all about

quality simplicity and great vibes and your role is to help bring that to life every day.

We expect you to :

• Deliver a warm professional and attentive service throughout each guests visit.
• Share your knowledge of the menu wines and daily specials with confidence and
• passion.
• Create a welcoming and casual atmosphere that reflects RUGs tone and values.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar to ensure seamless service.
• Handle guest feedback with positivity and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Assist with opening closing and keeping the floor clean and organized.
• Stay up to date on menu changes service updates and product knowledge.
