Como Analista Efetividade Sr para a Latam voc apoiar a otimizao dos investimentos em mdia por meio da anlise de desempenho fornecendo insights acionveis e contribuindo para decises baseadas em dados. Seu trabalho contribuir diretamente para a melhoria do ROI fortalecimento de brand equity e alinhamento entre as estratgias de mdia e os objetivos comerciais nos principais mercados da regio.
O que voc vai fazer:
- Efetividade de Marketing e Anlise de Desempenho: Apoiar o desenvolvimento e a implementao de frameworks de mensurao em diversos canais de mdia (TV digital social trade etc.) utilizando ferramentas como Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) estudos de Brand Lift e modelagem de ROI.
- Insights Baseados em Dados: Utilizar fontes de dados primrias e secundrias para extrair insights relevantes que orientem o planejamento de mdia alocao de oramento e otimizao de campanhas.
- Colaborao Multifuncional: Trabalhar em parceria com as equipes de marketing mdia trade e finanas para garantir uma viso integrada de desempenho e alinhamento em relao aos KPIs e resultados de negcio.
- Rotinas de Teste e Aprendizado: Apoiar a execuo e anlise de iniciativas de teste e aprendizado para evoluo contnua da estratgia de mdia com base na dinmica de mercado e comportamento do consumidor.
- Relatrios e Storytelling: Desenvolver dashboards relatrios de desempenho e resumos executivos que traduzam dados complexos em narrativas claras e impactantes para os stakeholders do negcio.
- Adoo de Ferramentas e Inovao: Contribuir para a implementao e aprimoramento de ferramentas e metodologias de efetividade na regio garantindo consistncia preciso e adoo pelas equipes locais.
O que voc precisa ter:
- Slida experincia em anlise de mdia efetividade de marketing ou reas de insights do consumidor.
- Forte domnio de Excel com interesse em trabalhar com dados e explorar solues analticas.
- Experincia com dados de desempenho de mdia em mltiplos canais incluindo mdia digital e offline.
- Ingls fluente; desejvel espanhol fluente.
- Desejvel conhecimento em Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) e Brand Lift.

As a Senior Effectiveness Analyst for Latin America you will support the optimization of media investments by analyzing performance providing actionable insights and helping drive data-based decision-making. Your work will directly contribute to improving ROI enhancing brand equity and ensuring alignment between media strategies and commercial goals across key markets in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Effectiveness & Performance Analysis: Support the design and implementation of measurement frameworks across media channels (TV digital social trade etc.) using tools such as Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) Brand Lift studies econometrics and ROI modeling.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage first-party and third-party data sources to extract meaningful insights that inform media planning budget allocation and campaign optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing media trade and finance teams to ensure a cohesive view of performance and alignment on KPIs and business outcomes.
- Test & Learn Routines: Support the execution and analysis of test-and-learn initiatives to continuously evolve media strategy based on market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Reporting & Storytelling: Develop dashboards performance reports and executive summaries that translate complex data into compelling stories for business stakeholders.
- Tool Adoption & Innovation: Contribute to the rollout and refinement of effectiveness tools and methodologies across the region ensuring consistency accuracy and adoption by local teams.
Why you
- Strong experience in media analytics marketing effectiveness or consumer insights roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with a passion for working eith data and exploring analytical solutions.
- Experience working with media performance data across multiple channels including digital and offline media.
- Fluent English; fluent Spanish is desirable.
- knowledge of Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and Brand Lift.
