Project Manager Site Development (Onsite Lorton VA)

A well-established and growing site development contractor with over 15 years of proven success is seeking experiencedProject Managersto join its team. With a strong reputation across both residential and commercial markets in the DC metro area this family-owned firm delivers innovative high-quality solutions on projects ranging from custom homes to large-scale commercial developments.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of multiple projects in afast-paced high-growth environmentwhere your expertise will directly impact successful project delivery.
What Youll Do
- Manage 510 active sitework projects at a time across commercial and residential markets.
- Oversee full project lifecycle from planning and scheduling through execution and closeout.
- Coordinate with superintendents subcontractors and clients to ensure efficient on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Balance diverse workloads shifting priorities and fast-moving schedules.
- Review project progress daily and provide timely updates to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards.
- Utilize project management and accounting software (currently DAS transitioning to Peachtree).
What Were Looking For
- 510 years of project management experience insite development(residential or commercial).
- Strong background in sitework operations scheduling and budgeting.
- Ability to thrive in afast-paced high-pressure environmentwith multiple active projects.
- Proven track record of coordinating teams and managing subcontractors.
- Excellent organizational communication and problem-solving skills.
