What You Can Expect Working in the Residential Real Estate Intern Position

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both marketing and residential real estate. Youll work alongside both the brokerage and marketing teams to support branding listings digital content and real estate functions. Ideal for someone pursuing a degree in marketing business communications or a related field this role is perfect for a self-starter who is creative organized and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Performs the preparation duties and showings of residential real estate.
• Assist with marketing efforts across Lange Real Estate and other LANGE brands.
• Support digital presence for social media platforms.
• Create property flyers marketing packages and branded content.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with current trends.
• Coordinate with vendors on signage and publication placement.
• Learn and assist with real estate contracts and legal documents.
• Shadow agents to understand residential market best practices.
• Operate and assist with MLS Dotloop and other real estate platforms.
• Collaborate with the brokerage team to support listing efforts and brand presence.

Minimum Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in a university degree program (marketing business real estate or related field).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
• Proficient in managing and creating social media content.
• Ability to learn real estate-specific software and marketing techniques.
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Prior experience with real estate or marketing systems (MLS Dotloop Canva etc.).
