Pay:$24/hour
Shift/Hours:Days MondayFriday 6AM 4PM; Overtime available and occasional Saturdays

Job Summary
TheMaintenance Technician (HVAC Specialist)is primarily responsible for preventative maintenance troubleshooting and repair of facility HVAC this role theMaintenance Technician (HVAC Specialist)will also perform general maintenance on manufacturing equipment supporting overall plant reliability and efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to grow their skills in both HVAC systems and industrial equipment maintenance.
Responsibilities
Performpreventative maintenance troubleshooting and repairof HVAC systems including air handlers chillers exhaust fans and VAV boxes.
Diagnose and repair basic HVAC issues including refrigerant leaks and electrical faults.
Assist withHVAC equipment installation and replacement.
Execute general mechanical electrical and plumbing repairs on manufacturing equipment and facility infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing machinery such as motors pumps conveyors and pneumatic systems.
Respond promptly tomaintenance calls and emergencies.
Maintain a clean and organized work area ensuring safety standards are followed.
TheMaintenance Technician (HVAC Specialist)may also assist in cross-department projects requiring HVAC and general maintenance expertise.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Some experience using tools or doing basic repairs is a plus.
Willingness to learn about factory equipment and HVAC systems is essential.
Basic understanding ofmechanical functions and operations.
Reliable responsible and able to follow instructions accurately.
Ability to work well with a team and independently.
Comfortable using a computer for basic tasks.
Flexible availability fordifferent shifts weekends or on-call workas required.
Physical Requirements
Ability tolift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Able to stand walk bend and climb throughout the shift.
Comfortable working in various factory environments (hot cold noisy).
Good hand dexterity for using tools and equipment safely.
