Job Description
Role Summary: Execute outbound calls promote marketing campaigns and drive customer conversions while working remotely. Fluency in Thai and the ability to work independently from home are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls using a provided list of leads.
- Follow scripts to promote marketing campaigns and special offers effectively.
- Drive customer acquisition by converting new customers and reactivating inactive ones.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries and complaints with comprehensive training provided.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both written and spoken Thai; knowledge of Thai dialects is advantageous.
- Basic proficiency in English for internal team communication.
- Proven experience in telesales or customer service is highly preferred.
- Personal laptop mobile phone and a stable internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps) are required for remote work.
