Position Mission: As a Key Account Manager you will play a crucial role in driving margin growth and expanding our customer base in Mexican electricity and gas B2B markets while fostering the energy transition of Mexico.

Your Impact:As Key Account Manager you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to our mission by performing the following key functions:

1. Developing and Sustaining Customer Relationships:

• Cultivate long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers
• Understand their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions as well as personalized client support
• Actively engage with identified Global and Regional/Local Accounts in close cooperation with ENGIE Key Client Office.

1. Account Management

• Build relevant pipeline that will fit with commercial strategy and drive sustainable growth of the portfolio both and gas electricity and other energy transition products
• Propose best-in-class (green) energy offers using physical / financial products
• Negotiate deals at optimal risk/reward terms
• Meet annual individual margin objectives.

1. Commercial Operations

• Emphasize continued service excellence by working closely with client service teams to improve the net promoter score (NPS) of the business
• Contribute actively to team work
• Use internal software application (SalesForce) for transparent sales pipeline management as well as other digital tools

1. Compliance

• Strictly comply with HSSE Group guidelines to prioritize safety and sustainability.
• Strictly comply with ENGIE Mexico policies and guidelines esp. KYC/AML/Credit risk

Requirements:To join our team as KAM we are looking for:

• Energy and/or sales trainings are ideal.
• Experience: 3 years of experience in equivalent position
• Techinical skills:

1. Excellent understanding of the Mexican Gas and Electricity markets.
2. Good knowledge of Electricity / Gas products and services including risk management / trading products.
3. Excellent understanding of utility industry and energy procurement within client organizations.
4. Experience in PPAs negotiation.
5. Languages: Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
