Job Description
Role Overview:
The STRATEGIC BUYING SERVICES ANALYST (PVI)position will provide support and customer service for a large Global Automotive client across multiple categories for non-production services and goods. English proficiency and advanced excel skills are highly required as this position would support multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities: What are key tasks and deliverables on a day-to-day basis
- Support to Procurement Operations.
- Conduct a thorough analysis and evaluation of contracts to verify the accuracy of pricing and associated information
- Act as the liaison between internal customer and the auditing department.
- Respond to customer needs exceed service level expectations.
- Generate Savings.
Requirements: Certifications education technical & behavioral competencies critical for the role.
- Customer Service Experience.
- Procurement Experience on manufacturing environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (bilingual) .
- Experience in conducting detailed analysis
- Advanced experience level with Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint applications
