Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle the credit administration operations ensuring compliance with internal policies regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Prepare and maintain credit files ensuring all required documentation is obtained and properly filed
- Prepare internal and management control reports
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers Legal and Compliance teams to ensure smooth credit administration processes throughout the credit lifecycle
- Monitor credit exposures and maintain accurate records of collateral and security documentation
- Implement efficient credit administration processes and procedures continuously improving the operational effectiveness of the department
- Handle transformation projects or any ad hoc tasks when necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration or a related field.
- At least experience of 3 years in Credit Administration preferably within a Corporate Banking environment
- Strong knowledge of commercial lending products structured trade finance and credit risk management
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to credit administration
- Proficiency in relevant credit administration software and systems
