Senior Customer Service Officer B2B focused / MNC

Summary:

  • Our client is an international enterprise headquartered in HK with strong partnership with worlds top-tier luxury brands and supplying the airlines and travel industries.
  • In this dynamic position you will collaborate closely with sales and product development team provide professional client serving experience for those premium airline accounts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional corporate customer service by following established processes to ensure a high level of Customer Excellence for our international clientele.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Team coordinating projects with the Procurement and Product Development departments to ensure seamless execution.
  • Strive for continuous improvement in customer satisfaction by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and preparing tender submissions samples presentations calculations and quotations.
  • Develop and manage project plans proactively providing regular updates to the Sales Team and the Customer Service Manager.
  • Process sales orders monitor new orders and track forecasts and deliveries to ensure project completion.
  • Follow up on customer payments to ensure timely processing.
  • Address customer complaints effectively working to resolve issues within expected timeframes while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.

Requirement:

  • Bachelors degree holder preferably in Business Administration Supply Chain or related disciplines
  • 3-6 years work experience in account management sales support or merchandising for international trading organizations
  • Confident out-going personality with a strong team-player spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable to work in a fast-paced work environment well-structured and organized effective time management skills
  • Willing to learn with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Detail-oriented a solution-driven thinker with good interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Word Excel Chinese Word Processing and PowerPoint
