Junior E - Marketing Executive
Overview
Were looking for a motivated and creative Junior E-Marketing this role youll support the planning and delivery of online marketing campaigns across multiple channels. From creating engaging content to assisting with email campaigns and youll gain hands-on experience in all areas of digital marketing while helping us grow our brand and reach new audiences.

Responsibilities
- To work with the Brand Marketing & Website Teams to develop compelling emarketing campaigns and content in line with the brand strategy and overall marketing plans
- Working with the Emarketing Manager fully develop email campaigns to support different customer journeys and understand the key contact points
- Fully understand the differences between the brands and develop email communications pertinent to each
- Identify new key contact points in the customer journey and support with new emarketing campaigns
- Prioritisation of emarketing campaigns inline with the wider business priorities
- Proofreading emails for clarity grammar and spelling
- To write and execute emarketing campaigns in a timely manner
- Engage with website team to create trackable forms to measure ROI from emarketing campaigns
- Evaluate email marketing campaigns and develop a record of what does and doesnt work suggest improvements
- Create tailored campaigns and website content relevant to key audiences
- Manage the customer database to execute emarketing campaigns
- Adhere to financial services policies and procedures and ensure all published communication is compliant
- Adhere to data protection policies
Qualifications
- Excellent writing skills
- Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
- PC and ICT skills
- Use of analytical packages to measure success
- Numerate
- Design skills would be an advantage but not essential
- Good understanding of email service providers (ESPs)
- Understanding of email marketing best practice and database management
- Passionate about email and digital marketing
- Good communication skills particularly copywriting skills
- Ability to write and execute emarketing campaigns in a timely manner
