What youll be doing


As a member of the CDO Transformation team and reporting to the Director People Change Management the Sr. Manager is a seasoned professional responsible for leading the design development and execution of people change strategies for the CDO team. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping and advancing the Change Centre of Excellence by establishing and refining change management processes frameworks and tools that enable consistent scalable and effective change delivery across the organization.

You will oversee organizational change and program management planning for significant initiatives and projects within the department with a strong focus on positive impacts for personnel. You will ensure transparency in the sequencing planning and management of people-related changes by conducting analyses on skills and workforce dynamics and by employing strong communication and problem-solving abilities. A key responsibility will be to design and implement mechanisms to track and monitor the realization of benefits from change programs and project work. This includes developing metrics dashboards and reporting processes to assess progress against established plans ensuring ongoing stakeholder engagement and driving the achievement of intended outcomes. You will play a critical role in conveying transformational change initiatives at a high level assessing progress and ensuring that benefits are realized and sustained.
