Compensation: Average $7.25 - $22.00 per hour
(Valet average is based off base pay rate and potential tips)
(Rates can vary by market / Tips based on service performance and customer interactions)
Position Summary
The Residential Valet Attendant provides daily parking and hospitality services for residents and guests of luxury residential communities. As a trusted point of contact the attendant ensures the safe parking and retrieval of vehicles smooth traffic flow and a welcoming environment that enhances the resident living experience.
Primary Objective
Deliver courteous reliable and safe valet services while maintaining the security of resident and guest vehicles. Provide a professional first impression assist with vehicle drop-off and pick-up and offer helpful support to foster strong community service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Resident & Guest Service: Greet residents and visitors with professionalism and courtesy; promptly assist with questions and directions.
Vehicle Handling: Safely operate park and retrieve vehicles while adhering to community and company safety policies.
Traffic Flow: Manage entry exit and loading zones to keep driveways and parking areas clear.
Vehicle Inspections: Document vehicle conditions and note any pre-existing damage.
Safety & Compliance: Follow all key control safety and company reporting procedures including accurate clock in/out and tip reporting.
Area Maintenance: Keep valet stand podium and parking zones clean and organized.
Professional Standards: Report to work on time in uniform maintaining a polished professional appearance.
Team Collaboration: Support fellow attendants and assist with other community-related duties as requested.

Employee at Will:
Employment with PMC is on an at-will basis meaning either the employee or the employer may end the employment relationship at any time for any reason with or without cause or notice in accordance with applicable laws. A 120-day introductory period applies.
Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA):
This position is classified as non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) meaning employees in this role is eligible for overtime pay for hours worked beyond 40 in a workweek at a rate of one and one-half times their regular hourly rate. PMC adheres to all applicable federal state and local wage and overtime laws ensuring that compensation complies with these legal standards. All hourly rates will meet or exceed the minimum wage requirements for your specific work location.
