Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire process of preparing vehicles for retail and wholesale ensuring optimal efficiency and profitability.
- Manage the detailed processes of vehicle detailing photography and mechanical and cosmetic reconditioning.
- Coordinate with transporters for the timely arrival and dispatch of inventory.
- Ensure that all vehicles are brought to retail-ready condition promptly.
- Oversee wholesale disposals maximizing cash flow.
- Implement and manage effective processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to align with sales and business objectives.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in developing and documenting improved processes as change management occurs
Qualifications:
- Automotive sales or BDC experience
- Ability to think critically and problem solve to arrange new & used cars on lot
- CDK/AAX and Inventory Plus experience a plus!
- Very good with taking and uploading photos
- Tech and computer savvy
- Ability to thrive in fast paced environment
- Work well with team and individually
- Good time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
