Looking for your next big challenge As Production Manager youll lead a fast-paced fabrication shop supporting mission-critical water projects that keep communities running. This is a hands-on leadership role where safety quality and performance come first.

What Youll Do:
Oversee daily operations of a high-output fabrication shop
Drive safety-first culture while hitting schedule and budget targets
Lead and mentor a skilled team building growth and accountability
Ensure quality and continuous improvement in every process
Collaborate with project teams and clients to deliver on time and on point
What You Bring:
7 years of production fabrication or supervisory experience
Proven leadership in fast-paced shop environments
Strong process scheduling and quality control expertise
Ability to lead by examplehands-on safety-driven and results-focused
