Job Description
ThePublic Safetey Officer is responsible for patrolling JHMI campus via foot mobile unit or bicycle to protect against illegal activities theft fire vandalism hazardous conditions infringements etc.

requires a comprehensive knowledge of security functions as would normally be acquired by significant experience in a security operation preferably with completion of a High School degree or equivalent. Requires acceptable completion of basic security officer training.
Requirements:
- Requires current certification in use of Corporate Security Services self defense equipment.
- Valid drivers license with less than 5 points.
- Valid Guard Card
- 21 yeard of age
- High School Diploma or GED
Work Experience:
- The candidate must have one (1) year of security experience in the Protective Services Officer program at the Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions or be a law enforcement officer who has graduated from an accredited law enforcement training academy. Must be at least 21 years of age.
