Join our Technology team as a Senior Data Scientist where you will lead transformative projects and programs that align with our strategic goals ensuring successful outcomes. Youll manage both technical and non-technical teams developing and implementing cutting-edge technology solutions. Your specialized knowledge in project and program delivery methods will be crucial in overcoming technical constraints and optimizing system development cycles.
Your key responsibilities
As a Senior Data Scientist you will contribute significantly to the delivery of innovative processes solutions or projects. Youll be accountable for meeting targets that impact your team and may coordinate the work of junior colleagues. Your role will involve complex problem-solving and decision-making based on broad policies personal knowledge and precedents. Expect to travel regularly as needed by external clients and participate actively in client working sessions.

- Supports opportunities for additional services contributing to business growth.
- Assists in the completion of RFP responses and maintains engagement economics reports.
To qualify for the role you must have
- A Bachelors degree is required with a preference for majors in relevant fields such as Computer Science Engineering or Mathematics.
- 2 - 4 years of experience working with one or more SAP modules with full-cycle implementations inside your core module.
- Ability to initiate requirement gathering architect solutions blueprinting testing as well as oversight across multiple data workstreams.
- Proficiency in SAP Business Warehouse (BW) BW4HANA datasphere Analytics cloud & HANA
- Knowledge on SAP BDC and help clients in architecting SAP Analytics and Hybrid solutions
- Additionally and not a must have in having knowledge like Fiori and other Data Visualization tools like Tableau Power BI is an added advantage
- Strong business skills including relationship management effective communication & complex problem-solving
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving client Analytics issues.
- A willingness to travel to meet client needs
Ideally youll also have
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools.
- Proven track record of innovation and creative problem-solving in previous roles.
- Strong publication record or contributions to open-source projects.
- Additional qualifications or certifications in SAP Analytic tools or project leadership preferred.

- We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where youll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $106200 to $194600. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $127400 to $221100. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education experience knowledge skills and addition our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage pension and 401(k) plans and a wide range of paid time off options.
