Responsibilities
- Driving and expanding new clients to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Controlling end-to-end sales processes including conducting sales calls presenting services calculating costs proposing agreements and closing sales.
- Implementing effective direct sales strategies.
- Providing sales management controlling the budget and supporting sales activities.
- Establishing effective relationships with customers and collaborating with other departments.
- Training and coaching the sales team to improve sales performance and productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sciences Engineering or a similar relevant field.
- At least 3 years of sales experience in B2B and 3 years of direct experience in outsourcing services project sales IT solutions or any related project.
- Sales experience in projects outsourcing hospitality logistics IT engineering or a similar relevant field.
- Possessing leadership skills and the ability to work with a team.
- Good English communication and writing skills.
