To ensure that high quality service standards are carried out by the Financial Consultants and sales are conducted in the accordance to the regulations prescribed by the authoritative bodies
Implement department objectives policies and procedures and to coordinate the sales selling cycle and methodology
Effectively hire and attract new Financial Consultants to expand your team and Agency salesforce
Requirements
Degree holder with at least 3 years of sales experience in the insurance or financial services industry
A superior performance record and strong leadership skills is essential
Self-driven with a proven ability to work in a dynamic sales environment and a proven track record of exceeding goals and objectives
Proactive independent result-oriented energetic with good people skills and an effective team player
Able to communicate (written & verbal) effectively with all levels in the organization
CMFAS (Module 5 9 9A) CHI CGI or DGI DLI or ACII/FLMI and its equivalent
