POSITION SUMMARY

Key Responsibilities
Local Expertise & Storytelling
Curate bold insider recommendations that reflect the neighborhoods true heartbeat.
Provide personalized insights that reveal the story behind places people and flavors.
Stay on the pulse of new openings trends and hidden gems in the local area.
Guest Engagement
Build genuine rapport with guests through thoughtful conversation and active listening.
Use profiling and preferences to deliver customized experiences.
Engage guests from pre-arrival to post-checkout to ensure lasting impact.
Brand Advocacy
Champion Renaissances unique brand point of view: spontaneous discovery and cultural immersion.
Represent the Navigator mindsetbold curious and always informed.
Collaborate across departments to embed local storytelling into the full guest journey.
Experience Curation & Collaboration
Partner with local artists chefs shops and communities to co-create meaningful experiences.
Work with fellow Navigators across properties to share ideas and best practices.
Blend digital tools with personal touchpoints to maximize delight.
Qualifications
Proven passion for local culture history food and events
Prior experience in guest services hospitality or concierge preferred
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Skilled in storytelling and confident sharing recommendations
Comfortable using digital apps maps and online platforms
Self-motivated creative and able to thrive in fast-paced environments
