Job Description
The Opportunity:
If you have experience in Live Chat Customer Service Support and are ready to take the next step in your career lets talk!
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:
Education:
High school diploma or GED required bachelors degree a plus.
EXPERIENCE:
2-3 yrs. background on Quotes/Customer Service-related activities preferred.
THOSE NECESSARY TO PERFORM THE JOB COMPETENTLY:
Must be able to communicate in English C1 (Verbal and Written)
- C1: Can understand and express complex ideas spontaneously with some degree of fluency and can properly organize sophisticated text and communicate with substantial detail.
Should be able to handle and operate under pressure.
Excellent work ethic and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical skills
Organizational and computer skills with proficiency in MS Word Excel.
Ability to organize and prioritize work.
Detail oriented.
Unyielding integrity.
Willingness and ability to pick up new technical skills and information quickly -
intellectual curiosity and initiative.

HOW YOU WILL THRIVE AND CREATE AN IMPACT:
Understand departmental standards and procedures and help to ensure that quality
standards are met.
Create Quotations following Customers instructions.
Perform Pricing by analyzing various aspects of pricing.
Provide Quotations within a strict timeframe.
Perform specific monthly projects as appropriate.
Understand different product lines and quoting strategies.
Interact with different internal departments to ensure requirements are met
Interact with Customers and Vendors over calls to obtain relevant details to
perform Quoting.
Interact live on Click to Chat with Sales team and Customers.
Perform routine maintenance.
Complete assignments on time.
Assist with special projects as requested.
