Job Description
Our client is a well-established Retail Bank. They are currently looking for AM / Senior Officer for their Customer Analytics Team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform in-depth analysis to support business growth and improve customer experience
- Drive Retail Banking business by producing data analytics and business insights. Products include deposit loan credit card etc.
- Work closely with Channel and Marketing team on campaign design and business plan
- Prepare MIS reports for business and senior management
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- University degree in Quantitative Analysis Statistics or related disciplines
- 2 - 5 years in customer analytics/ business intelligence/ data analytics in banking industry
- Knowledge in SAS/ R/ Tableu/ Python
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
