Hilton Austria Stewarding Supervisor (m/f/d)

Your Role:
As a Stewarding Supervisor you are responsible for cleanliness and ensuring smooth operations in the stewarding department. You will lead your team monitor compliance with HACCP guidelines and maintain order in the dishwashing area cold storage and supply rooms.
What to Expect:
- Leading and scheduling staff including onboarding and on the job training of new team members and apprentices
- Supervising cleanliness order and hygiene in all stewarding and kitchen areas
- Ensuring proper storage and handling of equipment
- Maintaining checklists and hygiene standards
- Managing waste disposal and inventory
- Supporting the Chief Steward in safety & security matters
What You Should Bring:
- Reliability stress resilience and a keen eye for detail
- Team spirit combined with an independent work ethic
- Friendly and confident demeanor
- German or English skills are advantageous
- Passion for cleanliness and order
