DescriptionWe are offering a paid part time internship.
We are looking for an individual with an open mind and strong analytical thinking skills to identify/discover and analyze business processes. This person should be proactive in seeking improvements approach problem-solving with a solutions-oriented mindset and possess a natural curiosity to uncover inefficiencies in ongoing operations.
The candidate should also possess foundational coding skills or demonstrate a solid understanding of general IT concepts.
Responsibilities- Identifying potential automation opportunities with VBA RPA and other DN-used applications strategies.
- Analyzing the current process.
- Proposing the to-be process.
- Preparing the automated flows in Power Automate.
- Maintaining the existing automations.
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation including user requirements training procedures SOPs overall system documentation and training materials.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications
- Experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) in Business Process Improvement and Automation in Business Operations.
- Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
- Able to demonstrate attention to detail and delivery to timelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Conceptual knowledge of order management processes ideally gained in a Retail or Banking product environment.
- Demonstrated communication and relationship building skills.
- Proficient in all MS Office products with an emphasis on Excel PowerPoint Visio and Teams.
- Experience in Power Automate or other automation tools (Automation Anywhere UI Path Nice etc.).
- Basic coding skills and IT knowledge.
Nice to have:
- Experience of working with data driving analytics and reporting.
- Experience in working with ERP systems (SAP Oracle).
