Responsibilities
Your Role:
- Meet the daily deliverables of the client and other Citco offices Service Level Agreement
- Require a comprehensive understanding of the fundamentals of trade capture and data processing
- Must have the ability to follow processes and have a fundamental understanding of complex financial instruments
- Responsible to manage all aspects of automating and processing via currently supported interfaces the loading of client activity/ position related data into Citcos accounting and daily reject processing
- Must able to resolve data issues based on an improved understanding of the overall lifecycle of a trade.
- Work with teams within and outside of Operational Support to identify and implement process improvement.
- Partake in the daily hand over of open tasks.
Qualifications
About You:
- You must a Bachelor degree with a keen interest in financial services. Ideally 2- 3 Years in Financial Services with an exposure to Operations processing.
- You with a STRONG knowledge of financial instruments; global markets OTC security markets fixed Income and derivatives will be an advantage.
- You must comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite specifically Excel
- You must have the competencies in Technical Knowledge and Commercial Acumen Quality and Risk Control Decision Making Client Service Communication Teamwork Coaching Drive for Result and Adaptability.
