Lionels opened in July 2024 and has already become a local favourite for delicious food warm service and a lively atmosphere. We have big ambitions and strong family values. We are looking for an Assistant Manager who can help us deliver outstanding dining experiences and keep the energy high.
About the Role:
You will be leading the front of house making sure service runs smoothly and every guest leaves happy. You will be hands-on motivating the team solving problems quickly and keeping standards high in every detail.
What you will do
Lead daily front of house operations
Mentor and develop a passionate international team
Manage rosters training and performance
Handle guest queries with confidence and care
Oversee cleanliness food safety and hygiene
Control stock and inventory
Support budgets KPI tracking and events
Help grow the Lionels brand through memorable experiences
What you bring
Proven leadership in hospitality at supervisor level or higher
Passion for great food and service
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations
Availability for afternoons evenings weekends and public holidays
Valid LCQ and Duty Manager Certificate
