We are looking for a Senior E&M Technician / E&M Technician ( / ) based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!
As aSenior E&M Technician / E&M Technician ( / ) we rely on you to:
Be responsible for conducting regular inspections for all operational equipment
Maintain all E&M works including MVAC. electrical water supply and drainage system of the Hotel in normal operation including restaurant outlets guestrooms and public areas
Carry out preventive maintenance planned maintenance and emergency repairs of electrical and mechanical services including MVAC. electrical water supply and drainage system within the Hotel
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisors

We are looking for someone who has:
Minimum 3 year of experience in the repair and maintenance of Hotel equipment and facilities for Senior E&M Technician Post
Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade A0) is a must for Senior E&M Technician Post
Knowledge in electrical and mechanical system Hotel equipment and facilities preventive maintenance fire safety
Knowledge in Hotel operations would be an advantage
Good command of spoken Cantonese; English would be an advantage
Less experience will be considered for E&M Technician Post
