Heres a phenomenal opportunity for you to be part of our The Channel & Shopper Marketing (CSM) team to help to drive outstanding retail experience to our consumers and shoppers!

The Channel & Shopper Marketing (CSM) team will be at the forefront of driving dynamic and impactful marketing strategies across both online and offline channels. The CSM team will support all LEGO campaigns and critical customer initiatives ensuring our brand shines brightly everywhere. By staying closely connected to our consumers the team will build a cohesive and engaging marketing experience that drives growth and excitement for LEGO China across all channels.

The key purpose of this role is to further develop the joint sales and marketing partnership with customers. This role requires comprehensive understanding of eComm business for branded retail (Tmall as key focus) great skills of portfolio and campaign planning and executions.

Core Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing Tmall marketing campaigns including Mega Campaigns (e.g. 618 Double 11) brand days and new product launches.
  • Work with brand team and channel operation team to ensure consistency of brand messaging and visuals on Tmall
  • Assist in content development based on shopper insight
  • Monitor and campaign performance traffic conversion Support the team in generating insights and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Maintain strong communication with platform marketing contacts and ensure timely application for platform resources

Do you have what it takes

  • Bachelors degree is preferred and MBA or master as a plus.
  • 3 years of solid experience in marketing or EC related area.
  • Proven experience in eCommerce marketing.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce landscape especially Taobao Tmall.
  • Solid analytical skills with data driven mentality.
  • Ability to lead and work under sophisticated internal & external team setup.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong collaborative relationships with business leaders and partners at senior levels to ensure alignment and synergy across different functions.
