At KONE Bulgaria were looking for a People & Communications Generalist to help bring our people strategy to this role youll be the go-to person for local and global HR operations onboarding engagement activities and internal HR communicationsmaking a real difference in the daily experience of our people. Youll support the delivery of HR initiatives that foster a thriving inclusive workplace.
In addition to supporting Bulgaria this role will also provide HR support to Romania North Macedonia Montenegro and Serbia helping ensure consistency collaboration and employee engagement across the region.
What Youll Do
Consolidate payroll input for all countries and work with the payroll providers to ensure monthly payroll calculations taxes declarations and other elements
Handle local benefits and data management
Support employee onboarding and offboarding in line with global processes
Advise managers and employees on HR policies tools and services
Drive local initiatives around culture well-being and diversity & inclusion
Support local and global HR projects
Support internal HR communications and help shape a strong employer brand
Support annual people processes (e.g. performance reviews engagement surveys)
Promote effective use of tools like Workday and support reporting needs
Collaborate with cross-country stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth delivery of regional HR activities
What Were Looking For
25 years of experience in HR payroll and operations internal communications or related fields
Good knowledge of labor law and HR practices across different countries would be preffered
Solid understanding of payroll processes
Bachelors or Masters degree in HR Communications or a related area
Strong organizational and project management skills
Fluent in Bulgarian and English; knowledge of Romanian or Serbian is an advantage
Excellent communication collaboration and problem-solving abilities
Detail-oriented ethical and proactive in approach
