Patient Care Technician

Part Time - Day / Evening rotating - 24 Hours

The Johns Hopkins Hospital(Marburg 2) -As the primary unit for our foregut & colorectal surgery services we provide specialized care and patient education for all things GI surgery related. Our small unit size allows us to work closely together in a multidisciplinary approach relying on our unique skills to provide excellent service in a team-oriented environment. We work together to provide exceptional care to adult surgical patients.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Active Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) in Maryland is required.
• 1 year of acute care (hospital) tech experience within the most recent 2 years is required(EMT or CRT experience may be considered)
• BLS CPR certification required: AHA Red Cross or Military Training Network accepted.

Salary Range: Minimum$18.41/hour - Maximum$27.70/ will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
