Qualification
- Bachelors degree (Masters degree preferred) in Computer Science Engineering Statistics Mathematics
- With 3-7 years of experience as data analyst data pipeline development or related.
- Experienceanalyzing existing data in the different data storage and create data inventory lists
- Has experience in executing Data Protection Data Privacy PDPA
- Has worked on Data Deletion and Data Anonymization
- Implemented data controls to comply with regulatory requirements
- Experience developing and architecting data & model pipeline with experience of the full lifecycle from prototype to production.
- Hands-on experience in development deployment and operation of data technologies and platforms
- Preferably (but not limited to) Life Insurance industry
Key responsibility
- Create a repeatable and reusable data workflow & ML workflow for data ingestion model training evaluation deployment and maintenance
- Develop and train machine learning models and conduct model reviews to ensure model accuracy and useability
- Work with data architect and engineers to design and build a suitable environment for machine learning model training and refinement (e.g. involving data pipelines & benchmarking infrastructure)
- Work with data engineers to select the right data sets algorithms and modelling methods to develop experiment productionize and optimize ML models for a specific issue / problem against pre-determined success metrics
- Design and develop end-to-end pipelines for analytics solution delivery
