Job Description
Position Title: Program Manager Operations
Location: Singapore
Your role
The Operations Project Manager will be responsible for planning coordinating and executing global projects on behalf of the Global Operations department. The role involves managing smaller to medium-sized projects ensuring they are completed on time within scope and within budget. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to meet project goals.
What youll do
- Assist in defining project scope goals and deliverables in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans including schedules budgets resources and risk management plans.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Monitor and track project progress providing regular updates to stakeholders and management.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Conduct project evaluations and assess results to ensure alignment with expectations and standards.
- Facilitate effective communication across project teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure project documentation is complete current and stored appropriately.
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track project performance.
- Support Operations PMO in larger complex projects as needed.
What youll need
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering IT or related field.
- Min 5 to 7 years of project management experience preferably within data centers IT infrastructure or similar industries.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project JIRA Asana).
- Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
