When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the SAP Human Capital team you work on MDF and Foundation objects Associations business rules workflows data models Picklists Role based permissions Instance sync Release management Position Management Global Assignment Translations Reporting advanced knowledge of XML. As a Senior Associate you analyze complex problems mentor others and maintain rigorous standards. You focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context while navigating increasingly complex situations and growing your personal brand and technical proficiency.

What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 4 years of experience with 4-8 years of experience preferred

- Masters Degree in Human Resources Management preferred
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central preferred
- Experience in Employee Central End to end implementation or Support Project
- Experience in preparation and execution of Test Scenarios Test scripts and Cutover activities
- Experience in country specific requirement gathering and configuration
- Experience in Business Rules Intelligent Services
- Experience in Fit Gap Analysis Requirement gathering
- Knowledge on Extension Center
- Exposure to set up standard third party integrations
