Role Definition:

Processes job requisitions and provides support for supply chain sourcing cost price analyses and contract/purchase order generation.

Responsibilities:

Managing Schedule orders to suppliers for service parts considering their priority and situation.
Communicate closely with suppliers and providing reliable & accurate Estimated Ship Date.
Utilizing internal service parts tools well to analyze any situation fand ensure proper communication with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
Working with other BU to find possible most earliest solution to ensure smooth supply of service parts to dealers.
Collaborating with global teams to achieve improvement of parts availability reliability and velocity for all W/W customers.
Supporting ship to overseas distribution centers and dealers.

サプライヤーと密に連携し信頼性の高い正確な出荷予定日Estimated Ship Dateを提供する
社内のサービスパーツ関連ツールを活用し状況を分析してサプライヤーとの適切なコミュニケーションを図り納期遵守を確保する
他の事業部BUと連携し最も早い解決策を見つけてディーラーへのサービスパーツ供給を円滑にする
グローバルチームと協力し世界中の顧客に対するパーツの可用性信頼性供給スピードの改善を目指す
海外の部品センターおよびディーラーへの出荷をサポートする

Degree Requirement:

Degree or equivalent experience desired

学歴要件

学位またはそれに相当する経験が望ましい

Key Skill Description:

Knowledge of Supply chain methods tools techniques and ability to create and support an environment that meets the Service Parts goals.
Knowledge of collaborative techniques; ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.
Knowledge of the concepts principles and techniques of root cause analysis (RCA); ability to use a structured approach to identify the causes of backorder and the changes needed to prevent recurrences.
Communication skill of speaking writing and reading in both Japanese and English are required.
