The last part of our delivery system is managed by Amazon Logistics (AMZL). AMZL is currently focusing on increasing the number of DS and expanding our network in Japan so that we can reach a larger number of customers with better speed quality and cost.
The Sr. Program Manager for Amazon Extra Large (AMXL) Network Planning and Expansion is accountable for expanding and optimizing the lastmile delivery network for heavy and bulky items. Core Responsibilities are; Launch This role leads end-to-end delivery station launch processes executing launches according to or ahead of established timelines. It is expected to manage cross-functional stakeholder teams in each process.
Network Optimization You owns optimization of delivery station jurisdictions improves network efficiency metrics implements standardized operational processes and deploys new tools. It is expected to benchmark against worldwide best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
Success in this role requires strong skills in strategic planning and execution stakeholder management data-driven decision making project management and leadership.
