The Role
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base
- Identify potential leads and chase them to build a strong pipeline
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services
- Negotiate contract terms and conduct contract reviews
- Collaborate with our delivery teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our services and solutions to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients
Your Profile
- Proven track record of success in business development and account management ideally within the IT consulting/IT sales industry
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to business challenges
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
