About the job

• Coordination of all material related to Visual Merchandising ensuring that the displays and respective products information and support reach the store staff in time and quality in order to allow an excellent implementation of the retail calendar.
• Monitor Visual Merchandising tool inventory with local warehouse ensure timely availability reporting and coordinate orders for more tools if necessary.
• Support openings of MONO MUB and IR partners with tools necessary for the store to operate and ensure excellence in their implementation
• Provide monthly VM implementation training for all channels
• Ensure implementation of the Marketing strategy and guidelines by the retail team and their respective District Managers in the POP.
• Provide the different local departments with the necessary marketing material (price lists images visual merchandising material etc.).
• Support in the implementation of BTL activities with the aim of achieving visibility and increasing traffic within boutiques and sales including targeting and implementing specific campaigns such as Mothers Day Christmas etc.
• Responsible for financial processes (generation of PO and control).
• Assist with local coordination of material production when necessary.
• Provide general support to the marketing department as needed.

About you

• 1 year of professional experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese is a must.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a nice-to-have.
• Must be studying and have a minimum of 2 years prior to completion of bachelors degree.
