Estudios

  • Titulo Terciario Tcnico o Profesional en Carreras de Ingeniera Electrnica Electrotcnica Mecnica Industrial o afines.

Experiencia

  • Mnimo 1 ao de experiencia en cargos similares o afines.

  • Ideal con experiencia en compaas multinacionales del rubro de Ascensores y/o en el sector de servicio.

Conocimiento

  • Ideal con conocimientos en diferentes tecnologas electrnicas del rubro de ascensores.

  • Nivel de Ingls Bsico.

Competencias Requeridas

  • Orientacin a Resultados.

  • Orientacin al Cliente.

  • Gestin del Cambio (Adaptabilidad).

  • Comunicacin y Trabajo en Equipo.

Funciones y responsabilidades

  • Atencin de clientes en el mantenimiento y gestin de llamadas de emergencia (reclamos) de los equipos de la zona asignada garantizando el cumplimiento de los estndares de calidad y seguridad establecidos por la Compaa.

  • Ejecutar las reparaciones y ordenes T menores (Ordenes del Cliente).

  • Informar a su Supervisor las anomalas trabajos preventivos necesarios o correctivos de sus equipos a cargo.

  • Entregar los reportes en papel u otro soporte del cumplimiento de su ruta como as tambin su registro de horas diarias para el pago de las mismas.

  • Apoyar en la resolucin de problemas tcnicos de ascensores que se requiera.

  • Cumplir en general con los lineamientos de EHS y calidad de la compaa.
