This Position reports to:
Sales and Marketing ManagerYour Role and Responsibilities
In this role you will have the opportunity to create and complete bids estimations and quotations based on customer specifications requirements or budget to achieve market competitiveness and high margins for the company. Each day you will maintain and improve the balance between all ABB units and customers in your area of responsibility. You will also showcase your expertise by collecting and collating the information required to prepare proposals including both technical and cost elements.
Youll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

Formulating competitive bids estimates and quotations by considering the best available product mix and appropriate technical and commercial aspects for each situation.
Creating well-documented tenders in a timely manner and with an appropriate level of detail including full and accurate costs.
Managing the preparation of technical financial and if required project management aspects of the bid estimate and quotation indicating prices and trading conditions.
Ensuring that inputs for editing activities related to bid estimate and quotation preparation are provided in a timely manner and in accordance with the established quality procedures.
Qualifications for the Role
Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 35 years of experience in tendering estimating or bid preparation within a technical or engineering environment.
Proven ability to formulate competitive bids estimates and quotations by analyzing product mix and technical/commercial requirements.
Understanding of cost estimation pricing strategies and financial modeling. Familiarity with industry standards and tendering procedures.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and cost analysis.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks.
