Job Details
This role is in support of Cencoras global logistics and storage services marketed through our World Courier business.
Responsibilities:
- Execute daily operational tasks related to Packaging Material Management under the guidance of the Facility Logistics Manager or Depot Pharmacist.
- Follow all World Courier Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and protocol-specific instructions for receiving storing picking and assembling packaging containers used in the transport of investigational products and clinical trial materials.
- Support shipment-related activities including:
- Packaging preparation.
- Gel pack conditioning and placement.
- Box closing and labeling.
- Monitor and manage gel pack repositioning in freezers and ensure correct conditioning times according to each protocol.
- Maintain a clean organized and safe storage environment.
- Perform stock control and rotation of packaging materials.
- Coordinate with Operations personnel for the timely delivery of packaging materials to the depot or external storage locations.
- Support additional tasks related to depot operations as needed and for which training has been provided.

Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Work Experience:
- Prior experience in warehouse logistics or packaging roles is preferred especially within a clinical or pharmaceutical setting
Skills and knowledge:
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
- Demonstrates initiative accountability and a proactive approach to responsibilities.
- High level of organization and tidiness in handling materials and maintaining workspaces.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to protocol-specific requirements.
- Basic knowledge of temperature-sensitive packaging is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
