What youll be working on:

As aAutomotive BDC (Business Development Coordinator) you will foster and strengthen relationships with existing customers/key accounts and develop growth opportunities within these accounts. If you are ambitious and goal-oriented - apply today!

What you need to bring to the table:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquires via internet phone and live chat guiding them with accurate product information andresources
  • Maintain engagement with leads through diligent follow up particularly with those not yet ready to commit or who missed appointments
  • Present initial financing options that meet customer needs ensuring they are well informed
  • Customer/Client facing experience
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Availabilityto work nights weekends and some holidays

Nice experience to have:

  • At least one previous role based in customer service experience
  • Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
  • Prompt and courteous demeanor
  • Positive and hardworking personality
  • Strong computer skills
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record

Salary:$17.95-$30.00/hour

*Pay is based on applicable experience and skills. This job is eligible for commissions based on individual sales metrics.
