Handle inbound and outbound sales and service calls
Set qualified appointments that convert to showroom and service visits
UtilizeVinSolutions CRMto manage leads follow-ups and workflow
Deliver a professional and courteous customer experience
Work collaboratively with sales service and management to support store goals
Minimum 2 years of Automotive BDC experience required
Proven success in lead handling appointment setting and follow-up
Strong phone and written communication skills
VinSolutions CRM experience strongly preferred
Self-motivated detail-oriented and dependable
Must be able to work in a fast-paced results-driven environment
