Working under administrative supervision and with moderate difficulty this position is responsible for providing administrative support to NACOGs Home Rehabilitation Program from initial communication with clients to maintaining digital files. This position is also responsible for assisting with providing technical assistance and administrative support to communities and counties throughout the NACOG region in the development implementation and completion of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) activities with a focus on Davis-Bacon Labor Standards and Section 3 tracking and documentation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university in Public Administration planning or other related field of study; and a minimum of three years experience in administration or other related field OR an equivalent combination of education training and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Physical Activity: Frequent sitting finger use talking reading and listening. Occasional walking and standing.
Physical exertion: X Sedentary; Light; Medium; Heavy; Very Heavy. Work involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amounts of force frequently or constantly to lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects including the human body; involves sitting most of the time.
Visual requirements: Close visual acuity for compiling and analyzing data; viewing a computer screen; and reading.
Working conditions: Not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
