Job Description
This position is responsible for assisting maintenance mechanics on campus. Position duties include general carpentry changing filters cleaning window A/Cs cleaning ice machines in residence halls.
Required Qualifications Competencies And Experience
Position requires ability to understand and follow work orders instructions product directions and other written job materials and understand verbal instructions.
Preferred Qualifications Competencies And Experience
Prefer candidates with a willingness to learn a new skill and apply it successfully. Excellent team player with the ability to work individually. Have a pro-active and can-do attitude
