With a strong commitment to delivering exceptional investment returns we are dedicated to optimizing the performance of our real estate portfolio. The Portfolio Strategy team plays a pivotal role in achieving this mission collaborating closely with asset management investments debt capital markets and other key internal stakeholders to maximize value.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced multifamily real estate professional to join Portfolio Strategy as a Senior Analyst.
This individual will work closely with other Portfolio Strategy team members to build and support the key processes and tools that allow the team to effectively optimize portfolio value. The ideal candidate will possess strong real estate analysis capabilities with experience related to both creating and maintaining strategic plans that drive operational and investment performance. The role will focus on supporting the continued buildout of the data infrastructure long-term analytical tools and performance reporting functions. This position will be responsible for a wide range of analytical and reporting duties critical to enhancing asset performance and our investment-forward culture.
What you will do:
Support the development of detailed asset business plans that tie together investment objectives with operational performance driving strategy and value creation at the asset level
Report on and track asset business plans: driving performance assessing progress and adjusting strategic direction as needed
Build own and update detailed cash-flow & returns-focused financial models that support portfolio value optimization
Conduct periodic hold/sell analyses & regularly update asset & portfolio-wide valuations
Create material for portfolio investment performance reviews and as-necessary ongoing reporting needs
Manage recurring and ad-hoc projects related to business plan tracking asset investment reporting and further team infrastructure buildout
Work closely with the Investments & Debt Capital Markets teams in the underwriting acquisition refinancing and disposition of assets
What you should have:
Minimum of 3 years of direct real estate investment analytical experience
Strong multifamily financial modeling skills
A robust understanding of all-things multifamily investing: capital-markets yields capital stacks finance and operational strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially with capital-markets terminology
Ability to present technical analysis and strategic insights in a clear and concise manner
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines simultaneously.
A strong work ethic the strength to thrive in a dynamic and demanding work environment and an ability to meet critical deadlines.
Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional colleagues
Ability to grow within the role and take on increased responsibilities over time.
Bachelors degree in Finance Business or a related field
Travel required

Base Compensation Range:
$100000.00 To $115000.00. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Companys base compensation range for this position. Actual base compensation range may vary based on various factors including but not limited to location and experience.Total Direct Compensation: This job is also eligible for discretionary bonus and incentive compensation on an annual basis.
